Screen Gems-Columbia Music, Inc. publishing company affiliated with BMI. Incorporated 23 April 1963 and operated under this legal name until 13 August 1976. Roosevelt Music Co., Inc. was merged into the Company on 29 December 1970.

Formed part of the publishing division of Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc. until it was acquired by EMI Ltd.'s (EMI) newly-formed US subsidiary Screen Gems-EMI Music Inc. on 30 July 1976.

Sometimes displayed as: 'Screen Gems-Columbia Mus., Inc.' or 'Screen Gems / Columbia Music, Inc.' on releases.

First name change: 13 August 1976 to 'SG-CM Sales Corp' Second name change: 23 November 1976 to Gold Horizon Music Corp. Third name change: 2 May 1991 to EMI Gold Horizon Music Corp.
