Biography
Rose Swartz is a writer and visual artist from Kalamazoo, Michigan, currently living in Portland, Oregon. Her poems include "Kibosh," "Quondam," and "Half-Fish Daughter." She earned an MFA in poetry from Arizona State University in 2010 and, prior to that, a BA in English and a BFA in Photography from Western Michigan University. Her poems have recently appeared in Carrier Pigeon, Front Porch, The Kenyon Review Online, and Asylum Lake Magazine. Her poems were also published in Parting Gifts, a project of March Street Press.
