Biography

Vincent McGugan received a Ford Foundation grant for the 1954-55 academic year to continue study in communication and language arts. McGugan was a 1949 graduate of Western Michigan College of Education. From 1951 to 1956, he taught at Paw Paw High School which was affiliated with Western’s College of Education.
