51 leaves, plus inserts. Text is unbound, composed in Latin, partly manuscript and partly typed. Title is given on first leaf: "Definitio Ethicae". Pages 2 through 24 are handwritten on the reverse sides of identical pink flyers titled "Wie kannst Du der Mariannhiller Mission helfen?". Almost all the leaves are paginated, although between leaves labeled 8 and 9 there is an inserted page (written on a similar pink flyer) with notes on "Libertas", and between pages 18 and 19 there is a loose white sheet, typed, with the title "Grundwahrheit und Grundlage (Trincipio y fundamento)". Moreover, between pages 46 and 47 there is a small, apparently unrelated 4 page pamphlet written in a cursive German hand. The first page of the treatise bears the date "15.II.48", and the final page ends with the date "17.IV.48", implying that this collection of papers was drafted over a period of about two months.
