Latin Biblical Index, volume 1
Scope and Contents
368 leaves, unbound, handwritten and ruled in pencil. First volume of a catalog of Latin words, along with their Greek counterparts and lists of their occurrences in the New Testament (complete with book/chapter/verse citations). Organized alphabetically, starting with "Aaron" and ending with "futurus". Certain words or citations are scratched out, and others appear to have been added in out of order (i.e. the extensive revisions on page 57). The reverse sides of leaves 2 through 10 contain analyses of specific Biblical verses, but these sides are all crossed out in pencil, suggesting their irrelevence to the text on the main sides.
