Scope and Contents
This leaf is from Constitutiones de Jure Jurando- a treatise on oaths by Rabbi Moses ben Maimon, who was more commonly known as Maimonides. The volume from which this leaf was taken was published in 1706, Leyden by Cornelius Landgraf. It was edited and translater into Latin by Justus Christopher Dithmar and was dedicated to Charles I, Landgraf of Hesse. The left column is in Hebrew; the right column is the Latin translation. The recto side of the leaflet is marked 165; the verso is marked 166.
