Illustration is a colorful art piece of shephards looking up at the sky. Sheep and a dog are also looking up at the sky. In the background, a small building is illuminated by the light of a star overhead. This piece seems to be the biblical story of the shepards seeing the Angels who annouce to them the birth of Jesus. The art piece is pasted to a large piece of paper, the back of which is blank.

Red and yellow are used to decorate the beginning of lines on the front of the page. The back of the page has a large decorated initial with two birds. There are several small decorated intials on the top of the page says "The Carnel and the Crane" which is a Christmas Carol and is the text of the back of the page. The front of the page is another Christmas Carol titled As I Sat Under...

"Where is the golden cradle" is a page of text in black and red. The front has several decorated intials including a large on with a man and a turkey dinner. The back of the page is similarly decorated with several intials including a historiated initial with the Virgin Mary, the baby Jesus, and a lion. The text is the continuation of the Christmas Carol The Carnal and the Crane which was started on the previous page (Box 1, Folder 7, Object 15).
