Letter contains a revised bio for Hadella and Hadella asks Bixby to make fifty additional copies of the book with the check that is enclosed with the letter: comes with a note on the front of the letter from Kinko's, saying "Print cover on EC5"

Letter is actually a contract between Hadella and march Street Press, saying what Hadella gets from their venture and what March Street Press gets; contract is also signed and dated by Hadella; letter also ends with Bixby recommending Hadella change the title of his manuscript to something easier to say like "Flat Lands"

Envelope from Hadella to Bixby contain three letters: first is a copy of the previous letter from Bixby with Hadella signature on it, second is a note saying "found this letter you asked me to sign", and the third letter is a short note telling Bixby that when Hadella wrote to The Cathartic to get a release form for his poem "The Rachel Complex", the letter came back to him from the post office and gave no forwarding address

Contains many edits throughout the manuscript made in red marker and blue pen; manuscript set up similar to how it would look pre-binding

The original title to Flat Lands, this manuscript contains only four poems and the title page, meaning some of the poems are misplaced; several edits made in red and blue ink

Only contains a few poems, part of the table of contents, and the cover, meaning some parts of the manuscript got misplaced; comes with a note from Robert Bixby saying he would prefer the title to be two words rather than just one word as in "Flatlands"

Rutkowski sent a note explaining that he sent Bixby a possible cover quote for Paul Hadella's chapbook Flat Lands; note is attached to said quote
