The collection is composed of a single invitation from the Galesburg Knights Templar to a dancing party dated February 17, 1891 in the Masonic Building in Galesburg Michigan. The front side says that the recipient and ladies are invited to a dancing party given under the auspices of the Knights Templar. It also lists the location and date, and at the very bottom it has the “Clement’s Orchestra” written down as well as the cost, which was $2 including supper.

The back side of the invitation listed the reception committee members, the invitation committee members, the decoration committee members, and the floor managers committee, which had 9, 10, 8, and 2 members respectively.
