This collection is composed of two pieces of ephemera from two roller rinks in Kalamazoo, Silver Star and Arcadia.

Biographical / Historical

At the time of writing this, there is not much known about Silver Star Roller Rink and Arcadia Roller Rink. What is known is that Silver Star Roller Rink opened around 1938 and was located on the third floor of the A.U.V. Building, 141 Portage, in Kalamazoo Michigan. The rink closed in 1967 and was eventually razed after the building was damaged by the Kalamazoo Tornado in May 1980.

Physical Description

The items appear to be stickers from the two roller rinks. Both are in good condition, though yellowed.
