Scope and Contents

The collection is composed of 32 Veterinary Scope magazines published by the Upjohn Pharmaceutical company. The magazines range from 1955 all the way through 1970.

Each edition of the magazine deals with a different type of veterinary issue and goes into detail of importance, prevention, what something should or shouldn’t look like, and treatment. There are references for each article as well as photos and diagrams to detail what they are explaining. There are advertisements on the inside of the front and back covers. The last few pages have other veterinary viewpoints and opinions in the earlier editions, but later editions have medical problems that can be found in canines.
