Physical Description

The booklet contains three different sheets of paper, the largest measuring 4½” by 3” and the smallest measuring 3” by 3”. Each of the papers has a small hole in the top left corner, and they are stuck together by being put on the small metal ring affixed to the largest paper.

The papers are in decent condition. All of them have signs of aging, and the colors of the paper have likely faded slightly. The back of the booklet has a layer of the paper torn away, as well as some other discoloration damage. Besides the browning coloration, the paper has held up rather well, with no tears or creases.
