The collection is composed of a single invitation from the Galesburg Knights Templar to a dancing party dated February 17, 1891 in the Masonic Building in Galesburg Michigan. The front side says that the recipient and ladies are invited to a dancing party given under the auspices of the Knights Templar. The booklet also lists four house rules which include no tipping at the club house, no dogs, no soliciting subscription papers, and no more than two games of billiards in a row if other people are waiting to play.
