Scope and Contents
The audit reports in this series mainly consist of summary reports of the company or branch's operations for the year as audited by an outside accounting firm. This includes the balance sheet, statement of income and expenses, statement of manufacture expenses, as well as other statements and analyses that are commented on throughout the report to give insight on the company's operations throughout the year. However, a summary of the audit on W. E. Upjohn's personal account in 1909 as ordered by the Board of Directors is also available in this series.
