The material in this series comes in two different forms: the stockholders meetings and reports before Upjohn went public in 1958 and after they went public at the end of 1958. The company going public is well documented in the stockholder meetings in 1958 and subsequent annual reports for 1958 and 1959, also see "Stock Information" for more on the company going public.

Also included in this series are the annual reports for 1995 and 2001 which are the first annual reports after the Pharmacia & Upjohn and the Pharmacia and Monsanto mergers respectively.
