Physical Description
There are handwritten signatures in pen, printed lettering and a black and white printed illustration of the Coat of Arms of the state of Michigan surrounded by unidentifiable components on the left and a ship on the right, all of which are inside an ornamentally rolled area outlined by a leaf crown, a torch, clouds, and some stripes. There is also a gold seal for the County Commissioner of Schools attached to the bottom left corner.
