Scope and Contents
This collection is composed of twelve issues of The Perfect Home distributed by P. C. Schram Company Subdivides and Home Builders based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The issues range from July, 1937 through May 1938.
The contents of the magazine seem to be largely generic, providing different articles about house types and trends. The front cover showcases a Kalamazoo house, and the back cover contains localized ads. Various houses for sale depicted on the front include architectural styles such as New England Colonial, bungalow, and Chateau. The entire collection in is great condition.
