In 1902 the company was incorporated as the Lull Carriage Company and continued to make vehicles at the original plant at South Pitcher and Grace (now Gibson). The company stopped making buggies, sleights and wagons in 1920 and the factory was sold to the Dort Motor Car Company of Flint.
