Michigan Road Maps Collection
Scope and Contents
The collection is composed of various road maps from the state of Michigan and its counties, as well as several geographical areas. The items date from about 1940 until 2009. Maps that cover the entirety of the state of Michigan dating from 1940 until 2009. As well as maps that cover 35 different counties and various geographical locations.

Physical Description
The collection amounts to 2 cubic feet and is composed of folding road maps and sheet maps for certain counties. The folding maps vary from7 ½” x 3” to 8” x 4 ¼” unfolded. The county sheet maps are 8 ½” x 11”.
The collection itself is in good condition. For the most part the maps are in good condition although some of the older maps have slight tearing, or have been re-folded incorrectly leaving multiple crease lines.
